This critically acclaimed band from New York is led by singer-songiwrter and music producer James Murphy. The group released its debut single “Losing My Edge,” spawned by their Grammy nominated self-titled debut album. In 2011, LCD Soundsystem won Band of the Year at the New York Music Award while their third studio album won Album of the Year and Best Pop Electronic Album of the Year. In 2017, the band released American Dream, an album that featured the Grammy winning single, “Tonite.” Today, the band is greatly revered for being one of the most high energy performers of electronic rock music.
